"The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is formed are: 

to be a charitable purpose corporation to provide counseling services to improve the lives of the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged while reducing the burdens of government and combating community deterioration and whose purposes, structure, and activities are exclusively those that are described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code 1986, 26 USC 501 and none of its earning shall injure to any private shareholder or individual.

 

Counseling services are defined as the provision of assistance and guidance in resolving personal, social, or psychological problems and difficulties."
